  • Provide support with the administration and management of personnel activities and programs including the tasks below.
  • Assist with administrative duties for OET staff, i.e., record meeting minutes; prepare meeting minutes in written format; scheduling of activities; assemble and coordinate documents, packages and other similar products; and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist in the organization of OEH trend analysis data harvested from various data sources. Compile and present data in an organized fashion to highlight key points and trend data over time.
  • Analyze potential gaps in data sets and offer options to present the data in a way that effectively communicates the gaps. In support of a SME perform data manipulation and data entry to improve data integrity. 
  • Author organizational operating instructions based on input from subject matter experts.
  • Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects. Works with subject matter experts in planning and conducting special initiatives, studies, and projects. Collaborates with these SMEs and leadership to generate reports, briefings, and workflow tasker responses.  Monitors progress and ensures communication of the OET division principles to branch chiefs and team leads. 
  • Maintains USAFSAM-hosted content management systems to ensure currency of documents such as metrics, guidance, projects, audit references, and other resources.
  • Manages role assignments and access to HPWS-hosed web-based software packages such as the Program Maturity Audit System (PMAS) and the Program Management Review (PMR) tool.
  • Coordinates and distributes hard-copy reference materials and technical guidance to installations across the Air Force in support of site visits and installation needs.


(Mandatory Qualifications)

  • At least five years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, document publishing, Access database and Outlook) is required. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDPR) Trusted Agent (TA) certification is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory.

(Highly Desired Qualifications)

  • Prior OEH experience highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
  • Excellent public speaking skills highly desirable.
